1. Delivery Areas
We provide island-wide delivery across Mauritius.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders done on mauritel.mu
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.
Note: Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Partner
We partner with Logidis, a leading logistics provider in Mauritius, to ensure your orders are handled with care and precision.
Delivery can be done Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00 at the place of your choice.
5. Security & Verification
To ensure your Motorola device is delivered securely:
-ID Verification: Logidis personnel may require you to present a valid National ID or Passport to verify the recipient.
-Proof of Delivery: A digital or physical signature is required upon receipt. Please ensure the package's "Official Motorola Distributor" seal is intact before signing.
-If you are unavailable, please ensure an authorized person with your ID copy is present.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the seal is broken or the device appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team at +230 5854 2299 within 24 hours.
